I have created a Telegram Channel to keep everyone informed on next steps. It’s located here:
https://t.me/+bNufvXIhIb81NTEx
If you don’t have Telegram, use this email going forward: LionAdvocacy@gmail.com
Be careful when sharing private information on those channels.
The goal of all this is to submit all this info (redacted as necessary to protect victims and/or witnesses) and have a Crown prosecutor and/or Justice of the Peace determine whether some type of judicial process is warranted (criminal charges, peace bonds, deferred prosecution, stay of charges, etc.)
Don’t hate on me, but under Canadian law (from what I understand), those best suited to file a private prosecution against Trudeau in court would be folks who were fiercely against mandatory vaccination and who had valid religious or medical exemptions. Everyone else may have other grounds under the Criminal Code (TBD), but I think the strongest criminal case in the short-term would be the “identifiable groups” who were persecuted on the vaccines essentially because of their faith and/or medical conditions. Also I have now learned that flooding the court with affidavits could be problematic, though not necessarily. What I may suggest is just collecting “will-say” statements, and then having those reviewed by a Crown prosecutor.
Please note that although I am lawyer (@lionlawpc or Daniel@LionLaw.ca), this initiative is not legal advice and is simply intended to collect important evidence of what happened during the Covid, especially in regards to inappropriate statements by Trudeau, and how he followed up. If you have legal questions, please discuss with your own lawyer.
If you want to support my initiative financially, you can buy me a coffee (or a Wishlist item) http://buymeacoffee.com/lionadvocacy/
Or tune in every now and then:

Or stay tuned for some creative merch, books, or my kids’ art (aka spring cleaning…)
If there is a risk of anyone losing their job or facing blowback because of coming forward, there are ways to keep things anonymous. But the more information the better. In any event, the “whistleblower” should obtain legal advice.
Please note this thread will now self-destruct (on my end anyhow); see you on the other channels if you’d like.
